The sun is expected to shine all day in Winnipeg, making for a bright — even if chilly — Sunday.

As the high hits –11 C, wind is expected to gust to 15 km/h and outside, it will feel like –27 with the wind chill on Sunday morning.

Clouds will take over the sky by Sunday night, bringing a 30 per cent chance of overnight flurries and a low of –15 C.

On Monday, the high is expected to reach –4 C with cloudy periods, but the sun is expected to come out again on Tuesday.
