Houle, 23, was found seriously injured Sunday morning in the 300 block of Bannerman Avenue. He was rushed to hospital in critical condition but later died of his injuries.

Police believe two men who knew each other became involved in a fight at a house party at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, and Houle was badly injured.

Now, Jerry Samuel William has been charged with manslaughter. William was initially charged with aggravated assault, but those charges were upgraded on Monday.
