Winnipeg's Murray Pulver is an award-winning guitarist and producer who has graced stages and recording studios with Doc Walker, Ego Spank, Crash Test Dummies, the Wyrd Sisters and other groups.

His producing work includes The Bros. Landreth's debut album Let It Lie, which recently won a Juno award for roots traditional album of the year (group).

On Thursday, Pulver stopped by CBC Manitoba's studios to chat with Up to Speed host Ismaila Alfa about his newest project, which features many of the city's top artists.

Well, we snuck a camera into the studio as he performed The Man You Thought I'd Be live on the air. Click on the video player to watch the recording.
