A mathematics professor sues the University of Manitoba after the school granted a doctoral student a degree despite his failing a key exam.

A mathematics professor is suing the University of Manitoba after the school granted a doctoral student a degree despite the fact he failed a key exam.

The school says the student suffers from extreme exam anxiety and should be allowed to pass.

But Gabor Lukacs disagrees and is taking the school to court.
