RCMP are investigating after a tractor carrying a hay bale and a semi-truck hauling hogs collided in southern Manitoba Tuesday night.

The crash happened just before 8 p.m. on Provincial Road 403 near Provincial Road 2016.

Both drivers were taken to hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to RCMP.

No hogs were hurt in the crash, and they were transferred to another truck before being taken to their destination.

St. Pierre Jolys RCMP continue to investigate the crash.
