St. Boniface home destroyed by fire

A woman was treated for smoke inhalation after a fire broke out at a St. Boniface home. (CBC)
Fire crews battled a blaze in Winnipeg's St. Boniface neighbourhood Friday evening.
Officials said the fire started in an upstairs room of a two story home in the 300 block of Provencher Boulevard just after 6 p.m. CST.
Three women and a young boy were evacuated. One woman was taken to hospital to be treated for minor smoke inhalation.
Flames spread through the house, with damages estimated at about $110,000.
