CBC's Mitch Peacock sat down with Winnipeg Jets defenceman Derek Meech on Wednesday to discuss how his time with the Detroit Red Wings helped him grow as a player.
The Jets beat the out the Boston Bruins Tuesday night and nabbed the top spot in the NHL's Southeast division.
The team will face off against the Washington Capitals on Thursday night at the MTS Centre.
