Some Winnipeggers who have been offering food to the city's homeless must find new ways to feed those in need while also addressing the concerns of health inspectors, CBC's Tiar Wilson reports.
Darlene and Craig Phillips started Chili from the Heart from their home, cooking hundreds of bowls of chili for the homeless, while Althea Guiboche of Got Bannock has been handing out homemade bannock and soup to people in the North End.
But both groups' good deeds have caught the attention of Manitoba Health, which has raised food preparation concerns.
