Changes to downtown Winnipeg parking hours and meter rates get mixed reviews.
Parking on southbound on Donald Street is no longer available in the evenings from October to May. The city says it's to help with traffic flow during events at the MTS Centre.
And starting in April, select meters downtown will run from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. instead of 9 to 5:30 as they do now.
