Road reopened after pedestrian struck in Winnipeg

Henderson Highway has been reopened following a collision involving a pedestrian on Tuesday in Winnipeg.
Emergency crews were called just before 8:30 a.m. to the scene at Henderson Highway and Edison Avenue in the North Kildonan neighbourhood.
Two southbound lanes of Henderson were briefly closed and traffic was funneled through one lane, causing backup in the area.
The scene was cleared and roads reopened just before 9 a.m.
There is no word on any injuries to the pedestrian.
