Man charged in 2011 Winnipeg slaying

A 24-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the 2011 death of a Winnipeg man.
Zeljko Mikic was arrested after a lengthy investigation following the slaying of Baljinder Singh Sidhu, 27.
Sidhu was found stabbed in Osborne Village in August 2011 in what witnesses described as a mob attack. He died after being rushed to hospital.
Police said on Friday the death was gang related.
