Police responded to a home in Winnipeg's Crestview neighbourhood for a man with a gun, early Saturday morning.

Officers were called to a house on Chapman Road just after midnight for reports of a man threatening someone with a gun.

The police tactical response team was called out and surrounded the home.

Police went in the home half-an-hour later and found the man had a pellet gun.

No one was injured in the incident.

There is no word yet if anyone has been charged.
