Winnipeg police arrest suspect in stabbing

Winnipeg police have made an arrest in a stabbing at a hotel earlier this month.
The altercation happened in a hotel room in the 600 block of Main Street just before midnight on Nov. 17.
Police said three people, a 40-year-old woman, 49-year-old woman and 56-year-old man were involved in a confrontation with a fourth person who fled the scene.
Police tracked down and arrested a 41-year-old man on Wednesday morning.
He has been charged with aggravated assault, assault causing bodily harm, robbery with violence and breach of probation.
