Justin Bieber thrills Winnipeg fans at concert

Fans of pop sensation Justin Bieber packed Winnipeg's MTS Centre to see him perform on Thursday night.
Concert-goers started lining up at the downtown Winnipeg venue hours before the concert, which began at 7 p.m. CT.
Bieber has a Manitoba connection: his father is from Winnipeg, and Bieber spent time growing up in the city.
