Body found near east Perimeter Highway

RCMP are investigating the discovery of a body on the outskirts of Winnipeg, just off the east Perimeter Highway near Dugald Road.

The body has been tentatively identified as a 54-year-old man from Winnipeg. His name will not be released, RCMP said.
An autopsy has been ordered, however, at this time foul play is not suspected.
No further information will be released at this time.
Police continue to investigate.
