Two males face impaired driving charges after two women were injured in unrelated highway accidents overnight, RCMP said.
A teenage boy, 17, faces impaired driving charges after a single-vehicle crash west of Selkirk early Sunday.
RCMP said officers came across a Pontiac that had flipped upside down in the ditch at Highway 4 near the intersection of Highway 9 around 5 a.m.
The passenger, a 16-year-old girl from Selkirk, was trapped inside the vehicle while the 17-year-old driver, also from Selkirk, was not hurt but was suspected of being impaired.
The girl was taken to hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries and the driver was arrested.
Meantime a 22-year-old man faces a charge of impaired driving causing bodily harm after an accident around 2:30 a.m. on Henderson Highway near the East St. Paul Curling Club.
The driver was slightly injured but his female passenger, 33, was more seriously hurt and taken to hospital for treatment.
The male driver also faces charges of refusing a breath test and driving without a valid licence.
