Winnipeg Jets season opener airing on CBC

Winnipeg Jets fans will be able to watch the team's first game of the 2012-13 NHL season on CBC Television.
For the second year in a row, the Jets' season opener will be featured on Hockey Night in Canada.
The Oct. 13 game will see the team host the Carolina Hurricanes at 1 p.m. CT.
Twenty-one of the Jets' games will be on HNIC this season, assuming the season is not affected by an NHL labour dispute.
