Two fires in Winnipeg on Wednesday caused $105K damage to homes and a garage.
The first broke out at about 12:30 a.m. in the Luxton neighbourhood. The blaze consumed the fence, deck and rear door of a house in the 100 block of Landsdowne Avenue.
It also heavily damaged the siding on a neighbouring house.
Damage is estimated at $25,000 on the first house and $50,000 for the neigbouring one.
There were no injuries and police say the cause of that fire is not suspicious.
The second fire broke out just before 3:30 a.m., damaging a garage in the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue in the city's North End.
Police say that one is suspicious as some youths were seen in the area just before the fire started. The arson strike force is investigating.
Damage is estimated at $30,000.
