Arrest made in Winnipeg homicide
Warrant for manslaughter issued for 19-year-old man

A warrant for manslaughter has been issued for Raymond Gerald Baker, 19. (RCMP)Winnipeg police have charged a teen boy with second-degree murder in the death of Wahbishkanacot Eli Mandamin Jr.
Mandamin, 18, was stabbed to death outside the Canad Inns Polo Park on Valentine's Day. He was rushed to hospital in critical condition just after 1:30 a.m. CT and later pronounced dead.
On Feb. 16, a 17-year-old male turned himself in to police and was charged in connection to the homicide. His identity is protected under provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Police are also looking for a second suspect.
