Pine Creek homicide victim ID'd

A man found dead Saturday on the Pine Creek First Nation in Manitoba has been identified as Steven Ray Genaille.
The 26-year-old man is from Duck Bay, which is about 20 kilometres north of Pine Creek on the west shore of Lake Winnipegosis.
RCMP received a call about an altercation in a home in Pine Creek at around 3 a.m. Saturday. Officers found Genaille inside the home, police said in a release.
An autopsy was conducted Sunday but the cause of death is not being released at this time, RCMP said.
The investigation continues and no arrests have been made.
