Shoppers Drug Mart fire brought under control

Fire crews were called to the Shoppers Drug Mart and Robin's Donuts on the 1100 block of Main Street shortly before 2 p.m. on Thursday. (CBC)
Winnipeg firefighters brought a fire under control at a north Main Street building that houses a drugstore and coffeeshop.
Emergency crews were called Thursday to the Shoppers Drug Mart on the 1100 block of Main Street, between Redwood and Mountain avenues, shortly before 2 p.m. CT.
The fire also affected the Robin's Donuts + Deli next door to the drugstore.
Everyone got out safely from both businesses, according to police.
Damage is estimated to be at least $200,000.
There is no word yet on the cause of the fire.
Main Street wasreopened to traffic in time for the afternoon commute.
