A teenage boy was charged Wednesday after three puppies were found dead.
A gruesome picture posted on Facebook showed three dogs hung up, gutted and one of them with a knife sticking out of its head.
The RCMP have charged a 13-year-old boy with three counts of killing an animal and cruelty to animals.
The picture was taken in Oxford House — a reserve 950 kilometres north of Winnipeg.
