Prosecutors have decided not to proceed with a charge of sexual exploitation against a teacher at Winnipeg's Fort Richmond Collegiate.
"The Crown reviewed the matter and had determined they will not proceed," said lawyer Josh Weinstein, who represents the accused teacher, Regan Moses.
Moses has been on leave since being charged last January. "The client always maintained her innocence," said Weinstein. "She is currently on disability and hoped to return to teaching in the near future."
Police said the charge related to a former student who went to the school between 2006 and 2008.
