Police in Saskatoon have arrested a 54-year-old man who was wanted in connection with sexual assaults in Winnipeg.

The man will be sent back to Winnipeg to face charges of sexual assault, sexual exploitation and invitation to sexual touching, Saskatoon police said Wednesday in a release.

Winnipeg police issued a warrant for the man's arrest after investigating reports by two men that they were sexually assaulted by another man repeatedly between 2002 and 2008.

The two men were employed by the suspect at the time of the alleged incidents, according to police.

Saskatoon police say they have not received any similar allegations in the city.
