There are numerous Remembrance Day ceremonies throughout Manitoba on Monday.

Most services begin at or before 10:30 a.m., with the largest ceremony taking place at the Winnipeg Convention Centre.

People who plan to attend that service are being asked to be seated by 10 a.m.

Other ceremonies will be held at Valour Road, Minto Armouries on St. Matthews Avenue and HMCS Chippawa on Navy Way.

All civic offices are closed on Monday.

Winnipeg Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule. At 11:00 a.m., transit drivers will be pulling over and stopping their buses to take one minute of silence.
