RCMP respond to 9 calls in 24hrs at Dauphin's Countryfest

Manitoba RCMP have been busy at Dauphin’s Countryfest, responding to nine different calls of service in the past 24 hours alone.

Manitoba RCMP have been busy at Dauphin’s Countryfest, responding to nine different calls of service in the past 24 hours alone.

One assault and six disturbances were called in to the Dauphin RCMP detachment, along with one call for assistance and another for breach of probation.

A 19-year-old Brandon man is facing charges for violating the terms of his probation, RCMP said.

Three intoxicated men were removed from the festival site and detained in cells as well.
