Around 4 a.m. Sunday, officers got a call the Island Lake RCMP office in St. Theresa Point was on fire.
Police and emergency crews rushed to the scene, but the building and everything inside was destroyed.
No one was injured in the fire, and now Thompson RCMP’s major crime unit is investigating.
Officers believe the fire was intentionally set and are treating it as an arson case.
