Winnipeg police are searching for two suspects after a home invasion in the north end of the city Friday afternoon.

Officers were called to a home on the 400 block of Boyd Avenue at about 2:30 p.m.

Two men forced their way into a home and assaulted a man and a woman living there, police said.

The suspects robbed the two victims and fled the house.

The victims were not seriously hurt.

The two suspects are described to be in their late teen years, about 6-feet in height, with thin builds and wearing dark clothing.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them or call Crimestoppers at 204-786-8477.
