Police arrest, charge man in connection with Winnipeg robbery
Adult male robbed Roblin Blvd. business, fled in vehicle with undisclosed amount of cash, police say
One man has been arrested in connection with a robbery on Roblin Boulevard Thursday morning.
Police said the man entered a financial institution in the 4900 block of Roblin at 10 a.m. and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The man fled in a vehicle but crashed near Kenaston Boulevard and Lowson Crescent.
The suspect fled on foot but was caught and taken into custody by Winnipeg police officers, where he now faces charges.
The investigation continues.
