Motorcyclist charged in three-month-old crash
A motorcycle driver is facing numerous charges including driving while under the influence of alcohol in connection with a crash in September.
It happened a the intersection of McPhillips Street and Machray Avenue just before 10 p.m. when a motorcycle and a cyclist collided.
The 32-year-old man driving the motorcycle was thrown off the vehicle and was seriously injured.
The cyclist, a 23-year-old man, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
On Friday police arrested the motorcycle driver and have charged him with several offences including: dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, driving while impaired causing bodily harm and driving without motor vehicle liability insurance.
