Mosquito fogging continues in Winnipeg
The City of Winnipeg is heading back onto the streets Tuesday night in its ongoing battle against mosquitoes.
The city requires an average of about 100 in one trap in each city quadrant, in addition to a few other requirements, before they deploy fogging trucks. The city-wide daily average right now is 117.
All buffer zones will be respected, which means crews will not treat areas within 90 metres on each side of a registered property on the front street, side street, and rear lane.
The following neighbourhoods will be fogged between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., weather permitting:
