A man flagging down women in cars and claiming to have pantyhose and condoms is being sought by RCMP in Dauphin, Manitoba.

Just before 6 p.m. on March 31, a woman was waved down on Highway 5, about 10 kilometres west of Dauphin. The man who stopped her said he had pantyhose and a condom, RCMP said.

He attempted to strike up a conversation but the woman drove off.

The following day, a woman was sitting in her vehicle on 1st Avenue N.E. in Dauphin when she was approached by a man who said he had women’s pantyhose for sale.

The man is described as being in his 30s with light-coloured hair, a black coat and dark pants. He was driving a white newer-model truck.
