Man, 20, killed in rollover on Henderson Hwy
Police belive alcohol to be a factor in the crash
Police say alcohol is a factor in a fatal rollover that killed a 20-year-old man early Saturday morning.
The car was found in a ditch on the east side of the road in the 3700 block of Henderson Highway at about 4 a.m.
The car was being driven by a 19-year-old woman, with two passengers inside. The driver along with another woman in the car were rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The man, 20, was killed in the crash. Police said he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision. His name has not been released.
After investigating at the scene police said the car was travelling northbound on Henderson Highway, when the driver lost control of the car and rolled.
The driver has been released from hospital and is in police custody. She will face charges of impaired driving causing death and refusal to provide breath samples causing death, police said.
The investigation continues.
