Traffic was backed up on Kenaston Boulevard near the Whyte Ridge neighbourhood Saturday night after a two-car collision.
Three people were involved in the crash, but no one was taken to hospital, police say.
Winnipeg emergency crews were called to the Kenaston Boulevard and Scurfield Boulevard intersection just after 7 p.m. after reports of the crash.
Two ambulances, one fire truck and two police cars surrounded two four-door sedans involved in the collision. Northbound traffic on Kenaston was reduced to one lane as a result.
The front ends of both vehicles were totalled in the crash, a CBC News cameraperson on the scene said.
Police say the cause of the crash is yet to be determined and it is not clear whether the people involved were wearing seatbelts.
