Elphinstone RCMP are investigating after a man robbed a gaming centre at gunpoint on Jan. 24.

Police said a man wearing a balaclava and wielding a gun went into a gaming centre on the Keeseekoowenin First Nation around 11:30 p.m.

He demanded cash and cigarettes and took off after receiving them.

No one was injured in the robbery, and now Elphinstone RCMP and Brandon RCMP’s major crime unit are investigating.

Keeseekoowenin First Nation is located about 275 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.
