A frustrated Jets coach Claude Noel talks to reporters about how his job is being scrutinized and how his players need to get their priorities straight.

"My job is to get the best out of our team and our players. That's very clear. If I don't do that, there's consequences. I clearly understand those things," he said, and pointed to the team's 3-1 loss to the Nashville Predators on Sunday as an example of no one getting the right things done.

“I don’t know how you could be happy when you watch yourself play like that. If you want to be happy or have joy or have confidence, then build it.

"Start with winning games — that'll bring some joy. Play better — that'll bring you confidence. Work first, skill later."
