Inquest into Winnipeg care home death underway
Frank Alexander died after being pushed by another resident
An inquest is underway into the death of a Winnipeg personal care home resident who was pushed by another man who was living at the facility.
Frank Alexander, 87, died of a brain injury in March 2011 after being pushed by Joe McLeod, a fellow Parkview Place resident who has Alzheimer disease.
McLeod was charged with manslaughter but was then declared unfit to stand trial.
