More unstable weather is hovering over Manitoba Saturday.

Environment Canada said severe thunderstorms may be heading for the Minnedosa, Neepawa, Russell and Riding Mountain National Park region.

Thunderstorms in fact are possible for much of the province.

The weather agency said its meteorologists were tracking a "severe thunderstorm capable of producing very strong wind gusts, dime to ping pong ball size hail and heavy rain."

It was tracking east at 30 km/h towards St.-Lazare and Waywayseecappo.

Meterologists say hot and humid weather produces conditions in which thunderstorms are possible.
