Winnipeggers will have to wait awhile longer to find out what will replace an iconic restaurant in Osborne Village.
The building once home to Papa George’s is now back on the market after negotiations to replace the business recently broke down.
The company trying to lease the building at Osborne Street and River Avenue said they spent five months negotiating with an international restaurant chain.
Those negotiations recently fell through, and now the leasing company is looking for a new tenant.
Papa George's closed its doors on Oct. 7, 2012 after over 40 years in business.
