Fire rips through vacant business in Manitoba village
A vacant building that once housed a restaurant, motel and bar in a Manitoba village has burned to the ground.
The blaze broke out at about 3 a.m. Thursday in St. Claude, located about 80 kilometres west of Winnipeg.
When RCMP arrived on scene they found the building fully engulfed in flames.
The structure is a complete write-off, RCMP said.
Investigators remain on scene, trying to determine the cause of the fire.
There no injuries reported.
