Winnipeg Jets' Evander Kane will play in tonight's game in New Jersey.

The 23-year-old speedy winger suffered a knee injury on opening night in Arizona when he collided with teammate Mark Schiefele just minutes into the first period. He left the game and did not return.

Schiefele was not hurt.

Kane had 19 goals and 41 points in 63 games last season.
