Team Denmark swept Tuesday's luge event, beating teams China and Philippines down the hill by a full second.

On Wednesday, Curt Armstrong (Team Denmark), Ron Cantiveros (Team Philippines) and Fisher Wang (Team China), faced off, firing pucks at an empty net.

Cantiveros has dubbed himself the "Filipino Heat," a show of confidence that Wang says won't intimidate him, despite this being Wang's first time playing hockey.

Armstrong, still polishing his gold medal from yesterday, is quietly confident. Will he make it two in a row? CBC Manitoba will have exclusive video of the main event.

Other events this week will include the one-metre speed skate (very short track) and Nerf-gun biathlon.
