3 people charged in drug house bust in Winnipeg
Three people are charged with several drug and firearms-related offences after Winnipeg police busted a drug operation in a North End neighbourhood.
The police service's Street Crime Unit made the bust after finding drugs were being dealt out of a home in the 800 block of Aberdeen Avenue.
A search of the house on Tuesday morning resulted in the seizure of:
- A loaded 12-gauge shotgun and ammunition
- 9 rocks of crack cocaine
- An 80 mg tablet of Oxycontin
- 18 grams of marijuana
- Assorted drug paraphernalia
Two men, aged 30 and 23, and a 21-year-old woman were arrested and charged.
All were detained at the Provincial Remand Centre.
