Wind chill warning ends for Waterloo Region, Wellington County

Environment Canada has ended a wind chill warning for Waterloo Region and Wellington County, saying winds in the area have become light.

A lingering Arctic air mass kept temperatures low and wind chill values around -30 C early Friday morning.

A high of -15 C is forecast for Friday, with periods of snow are expected to being after midnight.
