After years of silence from BlackBerry, CEO John Chen is making sure his voice is heard.

Chen expressed his outrage in a public blog, after U.S. carrier T-Mobile offered an iPhone upgrade to its BlackBerry customers.

In the blog, Chen chastised T-Mobile for what he called a "clearly inappropriate and ill-conceived marketing promotion."

At 7:40 we'll hear from tech analyst Carmi Levy with his take on what happened and what this means for the company.
