Two Wellesley Township men face murder charges in connection to the death of a man who was stabbed before he drove away in a vehicle that ultimately crashed and flipped upside down on a sidewalk on King Street in downtown Kitchener Sunday morning.

The driver, identified Monday as Anton Radisic, 38, of Oakville, was seen driving erratically on King Street East near Eby Street downtown Kitchener before crashing his vehicle at around 1 a.m.

Police now say Radisic was found with a stab wound to his torso at the time of the crash. He was taken to Grand River Hospital, where he died as a result of the stab wound.

Police believe Radisic was stabbed in an altercation with the two suspects on Harold Avenue in Kitchener minutes before the crash.

The Wellesley men were scheduled to appear in court Monday. Both are being charged with second degree murder.
