Environment Canada is warning about the return of wintry weather to Waterloo Region and Wellington County on Wednesday.

Most of the region is likely to experience rain throughout the day, with the possibility of freezing rain.

Waterloo Region will see about 18mm of rain on Wednesday according to CBC meteorologist Ross Hull. 

The weather agency has ended a freezing rain warning for Mount Forest, Arthur and northern Wellington County.
