A 50-year-old truck driver is facing charges from Guelph Police after driving a tractor-trailer under a low rail bridge on Wyndham Street South.
Guelph Police say the driver ignored four signs indicating his truck was too high to fit under the bridge.
Police say the top of the trailer was hit, causing $2000 damage to the truck. There was also $1000 in damage done to the bridge.
The driver has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act for disobeying the warning signs.
