Local investors buy The Shops at Waterloo Town Square

In the highest-value single site transaction in Waterloo Region history, The Shops at Waterloo Town Square have been purchased by a group of local investors.

A group of local investors have purchased the two buildings that comprise The Shops at Waterloo Town Square.

It's the highest-value single site transaction in Waterloo Region's history.

The Shops span two city blocks along King Street South between William and Erb streets.

The acquisition was facilitated by commercial property and real estate consultants, Cushman & Wakefield.

The purchase price and the identity of the investors have not been disclosed.
