  • Steel Gold J'Dilla Tribute Night is happening at Homegrown Hamilton, at 27 King William St. It features 1988, Cove of Essential Vitamins Crew, Derelict, Delmas33, Everyday Productions, Exponent3, Lucrative Write, and Vision. The show starts at 9:30 p.m., the cover charge is $5.

Friday, Feb. 8

  • Guelph band The Magic and Hamilton's Muffled Suitcase play Homegrown Hamilton, at 27 King William St. The show starts at 10:30 p.m. and there's no cover charge.

Saturday, Feb 9

  • Toronto band Teenanger and Hamilton-based Mystics play The Brain at 199 James St. North. The show starts at 10:30 p.m., No Cover/PWYC
  • Mother Tareka, Canadian Winter with Haolin Munk, and Snow Beach Players play Homegrown Hamilton, at 27 King William St. The show starts at 9 p.m., the cover is $7 (show is 19 years and older).
  • Montreal band Plants and Animals plays This Ain't Hollywood at 345 James St. North in Hamilton, along with Montreal's Joe Grass, and Hamilton's Gasoline Gathers Hands, Gathers Friends!
